ONLINE WORSHIP SERVICES

We have returned to in-person worship in the Sanctuary at 10:00am on Sunday mornings, but we will continue to livestream worship on Facebook and post the recorded service here on the church website.  You can watch the livestream at 10:00am, even if you do not have a Facebook account.  Follow this link the church's Facebook Page and scroll down until you see the live service.  

​There service will be posted as soon as possible after the worship service concludes.

Online Giving Available Through PayPal

Generosity is part of the call placed on all our lives.  In order to make giving easier in the digital age, Monte Sano United Methodist Church is offering online giving through PayPal.  Please note there is a 3% service charge to the church when you give through PayPal!

Lent at Monte Sano UMC

Wednesday Evening Book Study with Pastor John Mullaney
Beginning on Wednesday. February 24, Pastor John Mullaney will offer a Zoom Small Group Bible Study on the book "Final Words from the Cross" by Adam Hamilton.  The Zoom gatherings will take place on Wednesdays at 7:00pm through Holy Week.  

If you would like to participate, please contact John Mullaney  or call/text 256-266-4766.  A Zoom email invitation will be sent to participants closer to the start of the study.

Sunday Morning Lenten Bible Study with the Agape ClassYou are invited to join the Agape** Adult Sunday School Class, for a new Six-week Study beginning February 14th.  We meet Sundays at 0830-0930am using a computer weblink. We are studying the Center for Biblical and Theological Education's "Lenten Bible Study" in preparation for Lent, and to learn about the events leading up to Palm Sunday and the Easter resurrection. If you would like to join us, please contact Diane Whitmore at: S15diane@yahoo.com, for a copy of the study material and the weblink information. 
Sunday Morning Book Study with the Journey Class
The Journey Class will be offering a Lenten Study beginning on Sunday, February 14 at 11:00 am. We will be using the book, Reaching Out by Henri Nouwen. The study will begin on ZOOM and hopefully as the weather gets warmer, we will move to outdoor in person when safe to do so. If you would like to be a part of this study, please let Denise Mullaney know and she will send to you the schedule and ZOOM invite. All donations can be brought to the church and left in the bins outside the Administration and Youth Building (locate behind the main church building).
