Show hours are 8 am until 4 pm.
We have 50+ booths of various sizes and configurations, both indoors and outdoors (see layout below).
We will host several activities as well as the arts and crafts.

We have 50+ booths of various sizes and configurations, both indoors and outdoors (see layout below).
We will host several activities as well as the arts and crafts.
- Chili Lunch, cooked by and supporting our Mission Team
- Holiday Music throughout the day featuring various musicians.
- A large Bake Sale for goodies, dessert, and even take-home casseroles.
- All items must be handmade and/or be the intellectual property of the vendor. No items for resale will be allowed.
- Registration will be slightly different this year. Early birds will get consideration for special requests of space and placement. Please reply to this email and give me details if you want us to hold a space. I will then return your email with a confirmation invoice to use in payment. REMEMBER the check and application are due no later than November 1 to actually reserve your spot. Once you receive that invoice, you can pay by logging on to PAYPAL and then send in your registration. OR if paying by check, please make it payable to Monte Sano United Methodist Church and mail to 601 Monte Sano Boulevard; Huntsville, AL 35801 ATTN: Simply Christmas. We have limited space, so please get your spot reserved ASAP!
- If you cannot attend this year, please let us know that by email as well.
- We will promote this show through several media outlets, and we welcome artists to post it on Facebook, pick up posters and signs from the church to post all around town.
- And especially invite your friends. We want a big gift-buying crowd.
- We want a large variety of artwork, and we will try to place like items away from each other. We would love to have an Author’s Row as we had traditionally, please let authors know to contact us.
- See the reverse side of the application to see setup and take down information. We ask that you not start packing up to leave until after the advertised show hours of 4 pm.
