Come Worship on the Mountain
For thousands of years, human beings have sought healing and God’s holy presence on mountain tops.  The history of our own mountain, Monte Sano, is steeped in stories of health and healing dating back to the 1800’s. We continue that tradition today in the life and ministry of Monte Sano United Methodist Church.  You are invited to join us as we seek to celebrate the healing light of Christ through prayer, love and service by becoming a part of our church family. We hope you find rest, rejuvenation, and a renewed sense of calling to go forth in love and service.  All are welcome to worship on the mountain.

Lunar Communion: July 22, 2018

Join us on July 22, 2018 in either of our worship services as we celebrate Lunar Communion.  In this special time of worship we will remember and celebrate the bravery of our astronauts and their celebration of Holy Communion as their first act after landing on the Moon.  We welcome as our special guest spear, Jack Lee, Director of the Marshall Center from 1989-1994.  All are welcome!

Current Sermon Series

This series will focus on a few of the Parables that Jesus used to answer questions or teach those who gathered to hear him speak.  Join us as we explore these timeless story lessons and what they have to teach us throughout the month of July.

This Week's Sermon

"Seating Charts" (July 15, 2018)

Jesus shares a parable with the Pharisees about seating at a banquet. But there is more to the story than just where to sit and who to sit with.

Columbarium & Memorial Garden

Monte Sano United Methodist Church would like to offer our church family and the surrounding community a beautiful, peaceful, spiritual and affordable place on the mountain as an option for a final resting place.  We have a Columbarium/Memorial Garden on the church property for inurnment or scattering of ashes and to memorialize loved ones.
